- Can cremated remains be incorporated into Tribute Art by Wyland™?
- Yes. Select Tribute Art by Wyland™ pieces can incorporate a small portion of cremated remains into the artwork or memorial piece. Products offering this option will clearly indicate it on their product page.
- How much of the cremated remains will you need?
- The amount required varies by product. Within 1–2 business days of your Embellished Art order, we send a Memorial Kit containing clear instructions, the appropriately sized memorial bag, detailed preparation and documentation instructions, and a designated place for your loved one’s cremation certificate.
- How do I send cremated remains to you?
- If your selected product incorporates cremated remains, we'll provide specific instructions and, where applicable, the appropriate memorial bag for the required portion. For Embellished Art, optional GPS Journey Tracking may be added at checkout: a dedicated GPS tracking device travels inside the cremated-remains kit, providing an additional source of location information alongside Canada Post or USPS tracking. It does not guarantee uninterrupted tracking or prevent carrier loss, delay, damage or misdelivery. Please do not send cremated remains until you have received your instructions from Tribute Art by Wyland™.
- How are cremated remains handled?
- Cremated remains entrusted to Tribute Art by Wyland™ are treated with dignity, care, and respect throughout the process. Identification and handling procedures are followed from receipt through incorporation into the finished memorial.
- Will all of the cremated remains I send be used?
- Only the amount required for the selected memorial will be incorporated. Any unused cremated remains are securely returned to you with your completed artwork. Instructions regarding the required amount are provided in your Memorial Kit.
- Can I tell that cremated remains are incorporated into the artwork?
- This will depend on the piece and artistic process. In many of our artistic applications, the intention is for the cremated remains to become a discreet and meaningful part of the artwork rather than its defining visual feature.
- Can I incorporate the cremated remains of more than one person?
- This may be possible for select products. Contact Tribute Art by Wyland™ before ordering so we can confirm whether your chosen piece can accommodate your wishes.
- Do I have to incorporate cremated remains?
- No. Where incorporation is offered as an option, you can choose whether it is right for you and your family.
